By downloading, accessing, or using Sunnah Way (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service
(“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be capable of forming a binding agreement to use the App.
- Some features may require signing in (e.g., with Google) to personalize your experience.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and any activity under your
account.
Free Tier Model
Sunnah Way is free to use. Core features include:
- Accurate prayer times based on your location
- Daily duas and reminders
- Sunnah tracking and Islamic challenges
- Qibla direction and helpful onboarding
Premium Subscription
Premium is available as $0.95 per month or $8.99 per year (billed
annually).
Either plan unlocks additional features designed to deepen engagement:
- Salah and Sunnah streak tracking with friends and family
- Social interface to view, encourage, and maintain streaks together
- Enhanced visuals and progress insights
Premium access is attached to your account and managed as a subscription through your device’s app store.
Billing recurs according to the plan you choose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel in your store
settings.

Payments
- Payments are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
- Official store listings: Google Play and Apple App Store.
- Taxes may apply depending on your region and the app store’s policies.
- All billing inquiries should include your store receipt or order ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan. You can
cancel anytime via your app store account settings.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or its services.
- Respect other users; do not harass, spam, or post harmful content.
- Use social features (streaks) responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
License
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App for personal,
non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Religious
guidance features are provided as tools and should be used with personal discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunnah Way and its contributors are not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
Sunnah Way offers Premium at $0.95/month or $8.99/year, which unlocks
additional features like social streaks for Salah and Sunnah. As subscriptions are billed through your
device’s app
store, refunds and cancellations follow the guidelines below and may also be subject to the store’s
policies.
Eligible Refunds
- Accidental subscription: You started a Premium subscription unintentionally and
have not meaningfully used Premium features.
- Technical issues: You experienced a persistent technical problem preventing Premium
features from working, and our support team could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period.
Not Eligible
- Change of mind after substantial use of Premium features within a billing period.
- Issues unrelated to the App (e.g., device problems, OS limitations).
- Abuse or misuse of the App or violation of the Terms of Service.
- Requests for pro‑rated partial refunds after cancellation mid‑cycle (store policies may vary).
Requesting a Refund
- Contact our support team at info@intellibud.org with your
order ID/receipt, device type, and a brief description of the issue.
- Google Play and Apple App Store support refund requests and subscription cancellation flows directly
in the store. If available, please also follow the store’s process.
- We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Refund timelines are controlled by the app
store and may vary.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your app store account settings; access
remains until the end of the current billing period.
Store Policies
Payments are processed by the app store. Certain regions have additional consumer protections and
timelines. Where applicable, the store’s decision may control the outcome of the refund.
Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that indicate fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms.
